This may include personally identifiably information such as name, address or email address which visitors to our website (www.AchieveFoundation.org) voluntarily provide to Achieve.
In general, the Achieve Foundation uses the information donors provide for the purpose for which it was intended. For example, we may use the information to contact the donor in the future to solicit additional donations or to ask for other support in connection with our work. Achieve also may acknowledge donors by name and/or description of donation in some of its documents, such as its Annual Report, newsletters, event programs, and on its website. See below for information on opting out of donor acknowledgements.
Access to donor data is restricted to the Donations Manager, the Treasurer and the Executive Director, except for occasional review by other members of the Board of Trustees for the specific purposes of fundraising, outreach and legal compliance. Achieve does not publish, post, distribute, share or sell any donor contact information or donor records to any individuals or businesses outside of the Organization.

Access to donors’ credit card information is restricted solely to the Donations Manager, the Executive Director and the Treasurer. While we will not sell your information to third parties, we may share donor information with trusted third party vendors for the sole purpose of processing your donation.
None of this information is used to identify donors personally. Instead, Achieve typically uses the non-personally identifiable information to better understand how visitors use our web site, to assess its effectiveness for fundraising and outreach or for system administration.
2. Donor Acknowledgement and Opt-Out Rights
Donors may notify Achieve if they do not want their names and/or donations to be acknowledged publicly in any way, or if they would like to be removed from Achieve’s mailing list. 3. Website Security
The security of donor information is very important to us. Achieve follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the information submitted to us via the website, both during transmission and once we receive it.
